Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property was advertised with an oven and a washing machine and a toaster. None were there. The apartment was old. Black mold in the bathroom, broken cooktop, broken lounge, broken freezer door in the fridge ( all iced up). This apartment could be great with a little updating. The agents Rent-Up really couldn’t care less, continual messaging got no response and at the end, the agent came to pick up the keys and said “ how was the apartment” seriously!
