Decent but needs a refresh

Great location right in the heart of the shopping district - although very quiet at weekends. The staff were friendly and willing to help. Apartment was spacious enough In general, the apartment was old and in need of a refresh. For example, it was often hard to open/ close some windows and there was one we had to leave permanently open. Using the cooking hob short circuited the electricity in the apartment every time. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom and was loud making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was clean enough but we found things, for example a babies pacifier presumably from the previous residents under the bed, which implied the apartment had maybe not been cleaned as well as expected. The website had said there would be housekeeping every week which didn’t happen in our 8/9 day stay. Having said that, we didn’t pursue it either as we were just about to leave. Overall it did the job but think it needs a refresh to be more comfortable

Horrible "transition to a new concept"

This was one of my worst hotel experiences. When checking in, I was told that they were "transitioning to a new concept" and that I would get maid service one a week. Over a 12 day stay, the maid came one time! I had to ask for toilet paper. Moreover, the breakfast that I paid extra for, was not provided in the hotel, but at a restaurant down the street--which cost a fraction of what I paid. Finally, there was someone at the desk only from 9-5. Otherwise, there were security guards who were not very knowledgeable and who did not speak English. I was able to negotiate a lower rate, but this was a terrible, unprofessional and needlessly stressful experience.

Great stay

Huge apartment with heaters/ac in every room. We didn't ise it, but there was a full kitchen. Front desk was friendly and helpful. In a good neighborhood. Wifi was fast.

Great Aparthotel

Very good aparthotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. Large rooms, excellent A/C and Wi-Fi. complete kitchenette, modest breakfast included and very reasonable rates. We stayed six nights and we'll definitely stay there on next trip to BA.

Small apartment style hotel in the center of downt

The hotel provides a decent sized apartment right in the Microcenter. Because it is a converted apartment building, there are some unusual design features, and the elevators are very small with little room to navigate around them.

One week in Buenos Aires

The best value is the central location of the city. Close to all important places, buildings and parks. Near Florida street, pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. Hotel is in the older building on the quiet street. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Staying in the center of the Buenos Aires.

This is a cheaper hotel in the older building. The name is Sarmiento Suites, but the small kitchen needs more cooking equipment. There is not even a coffee machine. The bathroom is dangerously small and I fell in it cutting my hand to the point it required the trip to the emergency hospital. The manager was very helpful with all requests and solved them quickly. She was the best person of the whole staff. The plus of this hotel is its central city location, close to many city attractions, parks and important buildings.

Great central location!

This is a great little hotel in the heart of the central business district (Microcentro). The entire staff is very friendly and efficient, and the people at the front desk speak fluent English. My room was clean and comfortable, and came equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The windows open, so you can get fresh air, but there aren't any screens. If you leave them open too long the mosquitos will eventually find you! There's a great continental breakfast every morning in the breakfast room with coffee, juice, and assorted pastries. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but there are lots of places to eat lunch and dinner in the area and cabs are readily available if you want to try another neighborhood.

Atende muito bem ao que se propõe. Fica muito bem localizado, barato e não tem café da manhã, o que não me fez falta, pois Beunos Aires têm muitos cafés que falem visitar. No geral achei ótimo, passei 4 dias lá.

Hotel mediano x preço razoável

Trata-se de um prédio velho, portanto não espere muito conforto. Fiquei no último andar, e com a chuva meu apartamento apresentou goteiras. Como era um final de semana não havia limpeza para o meu apto nem havia aptos limpos disponíveis. Os atendentes são gentis. A localização é excelente, possui comércio, metrô e pontos turísticos próximos. O sinal de Wi-Fi era ruim. O Uber não chega lá, deve-se caminhar até a Av. Corrientes que está há uns 6 min a pé, porém não indico fazer isso de madrugada ou tarde da noite, pois acho perigoso.

Es lindo el departamento, pero a la cocina le hace falta una buena limpieza, además de utensilios de cocina nuevos, ya que un sólo cuchillo cortaba. Hacen falta más enchufes también. El resto, muy bueno!

Beim Check-In verlief alles gut. Die Rezeption verfügt nur über eine Person die Englisch kann, der Rest kann nur Spanish und konnte die einfachsten Fragen nicht beantworten. Positiv, das Haus liegt gut Zentral, alles in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Zimmer: Renovierungsbedürftig Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer sehr laut, Musikhören nicht möglich Klimaanlage Schlafzimmer... na ja, die könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen, wie der Kühlschrank. Sehr hellhörig. Wenn im Nachbarzimmer gekocht wird, ist der Geruch im ganzen Haus verteilt, nicht schön.

MUITO IMPORTANTE PARA OS PRÓXIMOS HÓSPEDES

O apartamento estava sem conservação, vaso sanitário e pia com vazamento sério... pedi 2 vezes para trocarem as lâmpadas - quarto e banheiro - até desisti... apesar de precisar muito para realizar trabalhos escritos!!! Nitidamente sem serviços frequentes - cortinas sujas, rasgadas e presas com clips, ar condicionado barulhento. Depois de 10 dias nestas condições, resolvi pedir ENCARECIDAMENTE que limpassem o quarto de acordo com normas básicas de higiene. Me atenderam, trocaram as cortinas, limparam o chão com pano molhado, trocaram as lâmpadas, limparam embaixo das camas (afastei as camas da parede para que enxergassem a sujeira!). Em alguns dias - foram 22 dias de hospedagem - pedi que não "molestassem"... pois preferia não me aborrecer mais do que o normal com a limpeza!! Acho que é "cultural" esse procedimento em Buenos Aires. Tive o mesmo problema em outros dois hotéis com Booking e Decolar, em períodos diferentes, mas com a mesma quantidade de dias de hospedagem. Acredito que tenhamos que buscar sempre por hotéis mais caros, de 4 ou 5 estrelas, pois os de 3 estrelas deixam muito a desejar. As pessoas de atendimentos são bem atenciosas, ficam meio desconcertadas quando você reclama de alguma coisa. Mas, enfim, não estava me divertindo, e sim, trabalhando e estudando MUITO!!! Buenos Aires é uma cidade encantadora, culturalmente importante, lindos passeios, gastronomia sem grandes novidades, mas convenientes. A localização do hotel é impecável!

geräumiges Apartment

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Apartment war für die Lage in einer Großstadt sehr geräumig. Der Frühstücksraum hingegen sehr klein - Frühstück auch sehr bescheiden (unser schlechtestes während unserer 4 wöchigen Reise). Ab dem 2. Tag mussten wir das Frühstück in einem Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe einnehmen (auch das war übersichtlich). Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal auch sehr freundlich und englisch sprechend. Lage ist Top !!!

Sentimento de ter sido lesada

Fui acomodada com minha família em um quarto péssimo, que o ralo do banheiro transbordou, enchendo o quarto e um pouco da sala. Mas a vantagem desse acontecido foi me transferiram para uma acomodação bem melhor, igual ao das fotos do site. Café da manhã com poucas opções, sendo que na metade da minha estadia pararam de fornecer o café no hotel e tínhamos que ir até um restaurante na esquina. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Além de cobrarem 60% a mais do valor da reserva. Tive muitos aborrecimentos e minha viagem ficou prejudicada com tantos problemas.
