Very basic hotel in the heart of the city. Lots of city noise especially on the weekends. Breakfast is extremely basic by Argentinian standards.

We really liked staying there, best bang for the buck ! Excellent staff, friendly, great WIFI.... Palermo Viejo is absolutely beautiful... Bring ear plugs, on the weekends because of the entertainment it get's a little loud.

The location is awesome if you want to go out at night and party. It is near many bars and restaurants. It is also great during the day to walk in and out of shops and grab a coffee. The 20-30 year olds in our group loved it the 50 and 60 year olds did not. This means there is also quite a bit of noise on the street at night. There were several nights when the noise kept us awake until 4 am one morning and 6:30 am in the morning on another day, not fun. The pool and roof top deck is a wonderful space but coud use furniture and tables to enjoy it fully. I asked for an additional pillow and towel and they accommodated me The linens were clean but the bed comforters were older and had wear and stains. The ac worked great and was needed. We were there over the Christmas holiday. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.

Great location! Clean new basic hotel. Nice roof top pool. But lift was broken down, safe in room broken. Wifi very slow n patchy, mostly unusable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but fine. Room very basic despite “upgrade”, no fridge or kettle but clean. Very small bathroom. Solid firm bed, nice high view of street. Location is central to all the cafes, restaurants n markets n bars n clubs n nightlife.

First Palermo Viejo Hotel is in an excellent location to take advantage of the restaurants in Palermo. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and of a good quality. We had one of the larger rooms which was adequate for our needs. However, another family member was in a standard room where the bathroom was rather compact. The breakfast, which is of a European style, was good. The hotel is on a busy street, so some noise is to be expected. The family was there for a week and would be happy to return again.

El hotel está bien ubicado. Puedes llegar caminando a plaza Serrano y alrededores de forma segura. El hotel está un poco descuidado pero cumple su función. Nosotros nos decidimos por este hotel ya que el hoteles.com decia que incluía desayuno y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían ese servicio desde diciembre 2023.. ojalá la página de hoteles.com pueda solucionarlo para que más gente no llegue con esa idea y sepan que realmente NO hay desayuno

Nos recibieron bien Pero el enojo fue que yo aparte este hotel porque tenía desayuno incluido , y no fue así Nos dijeron que no estaban dando ese servicio. Yo pagué por eso en mi reserva Por lo cual le solicito a hoteles.com , espero algo de reembolso .

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Habitación en tercer piso sin teléfono en la habitación y con problema con el agua caliente. Camas individuales un poco chicas. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal.

La limpieza en los baños no es la mejor.y encima la ducha se inundaba; el agua salía y después de cada baño el piso estaba lleno de agua.la habitación muy cómoda la ubicación es excelente pero realmente tendrían q hacer una super remodelación en los baños q son muy antiguos y con humedad y en algunos sectores hongos.una lástima.
