spend 2.5 weeks in argentina all over, but this place was not good. first, it is super small, the rooms are really a joke. second, i booked the room, checked in, dropped my stuff off and went out until midnight. when going to bed i already noticed a really bad, disgusting sweat smell that reminds me off the boxing gym, it was all over the sheets and pillows, i almost threw up. luckily i wasn't sober, otherwise i would have raised hell. on top, they silently charge you 10% credit card fee without telling you saying everyone does it - not true, first and only time i paid this. look around, you can find bigger, better, and cleaner places than this one.

O staff é super atencioso, foram super solícitos na pré-chegada, compreensivos e prestativos com os contratempos que tivemos com o nosso vôo. Providenciaram o traslado para o aeroporto. O quarto tem um tamanho excelente com amenidades como água, cafeteira e frigobar. O banheiro é pequeno mas funcional. Tudo muito limpo e operacional. A localização é perfeita, a 3min de vários restaurantes renomados, da Plaza Serrano, mas ainda bem tranquilo.

Koselig hotell, med personal som er flinke på å bruke WhatsApp til å kommunisere med gjestane. Hotellet er litt slitt, og kunne trengt litt oppgraderinger. Fin beliggenhet i Palermo, fin takterasse ( men også her kunne man gjort det koseligare, savner blant anna parasoller).

El hotel está bien ubicado. Puedes llegar caminando a plaza Serrano y alrededores de forma segura. El hotel está un poco descuidado pero cumple su función. Nosotros nos decidimos por este hotel ya que el hoteles.com decia que incluía desayuno y al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían ese servicio desde diciembre 2023.. ojalá la página de hoteles.com pueda solucionarlo para que más gente no llegue con esa idea y sepan que realmente NO hay desayuno

We really liked staying there, best bang for the buck ! Excellent staff, friendly, great WIFI.... Palermo Viejo is absolutely beautiful... Bring ear plugs, on the weekends because of the entertainment it get's a little loud.
