Excellent apartment located in Las Cañitas, in a tower with all the comforts such as swimming pool, laundry, 24 hour security. The apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary elements for its use. Important notice: there is construction work on upper floors, so some noise may occur from 8 AM to 12PM and from 2.30PM to 6PM (no work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Lovely place. Had Great amenities only problem we speak English and there wasnt english speaking directions on how to turn on the gas stove, open the front door, or watch TV.So we did without TV and ate out daily. Diections to grocery storeband restauants would of been nice as well. Otherwise it was a lovely place.

The condo complex was very nice. Bonus was 24 hour doorman meaning security was great. The apartment was as advertised though one bedroom was roomy with en-suite bathroom, and the other was small and bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was great. Living area with dining table great. Patio- great. A/C and hot water - great. We stayed 10 days and asked for clean towels halfway through, and were told to use the communal washing machines. We choose not to spend our time doing that. Communication was not excellent but eventually adequate. Overall- I would recommend this apartment!

The beds were too hard and the cooking pans were not in good shape. There's no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. There were also ants.

Our Stay

Location was good, with restaurants and the Subte within walking distance. The only problem we encountered was check-in at the gated complex. We we able to contact VRBO by phone, and our problem was solved in about 30 mins.

NIce place, nice location

This apartment was in an excellent location and was a nice place. We really enjoyed the balcony and the little welcome gifts were appreciated. We did have an issue with the water at one point during our stay which was unfortunate and it was quite difficult to get it resolved due not really knowing where to turn but the property managers did rectify that situation well and I would recommend this property to others . Thank you for a nice experience overall and taking care of any issues. It is appareciated!
