Bittersweet staying

The owners are not that polite, they tend to complicate you instead of helping you, they can improve their comunication skills, the place was nice, not that clean, the couch was completly dirty and we could not use it, the floor was also dirty, and the internet conection is poor, the location it is the highest point, Palermo is Beautiful. In average 6/10

Espacio amplio y cómodo, limpio a mi llegada. Sin embargo, noté una mancha de sangre en la cortina del cuarto, lo cual fue un poco desagradable. Contaba con toallas suficientes. Un inconveniente que tuve al llegar fue que los ventanales de vidrio no cerraban correctamente, pero la administración se hizo cargo y enviaron a un carpintero súper amable para solucionarlo, lo cual aprecié mucho. Cabe mencionar que el wifi no funciona, aunque ya estaba al tanto de esto gracias a las reseñas de huéspedes anteriores. Afortunadamente, no lo necesité durante mi estadía. En general, la unidad cumplió con mis expectativas en términos de comodidad y funcionalidad.

everything great! really large and clean, the only thing is that the wifi is really bad, we never had good wifi and had to use our mobile data. Also, the noise from the room upstairs, you can absolutely everything and we had bad luck that the first day, they had a party and it stopped at 5am.

Apto bom com boa localização.

A estadia foi boa, apartamento como na foto porém as condições de limpeza do sofá da sala não estavam boas, sofá cheio de manchas. Pagamos uma diária a mais e no último dia a pessoa da limpeza entrou antes pois não havia sido comunicada. Mas no geral ficaríamos novamente, ótima localização.

Ótimo custo benefício

Ótima localização e espaço interno, porém poderia estar mais estruturado e equipado. Liguei três vezes para o telefone colocado no anúncio e não atenderam. O Wi-Fi é pessimo! Não funciona no quarto . Deveria ter mais de uma tomada com adaptador sem ser os três pinos . Muitos estrangeiros devem ter problemas e ter q sair procurando adaptador.

Boa acomodação e de. Fácil acesso!

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito e nas fotos! Boa parte dos móveis são novos! Acessar o apartamento foi bem fácil e tranquilo. Recebi as orientações por e-mail algumas horas antes do checkin! De negativo os travesseiros são pequenos e ruins, a internet não funcionou bem por um bom período da. Estada ficando estável somente nos últimos dois dias. (Fiquei 8 dias) sugestão, colocar a tv no quarto já que na sala fica muito longe do sofá!

Best apartment in Palermo

A experiência foi incrível. O apartamento é excelente, bem localizado e conta com tudo para acomodar 2 pessoas, inclusive para quem deseja apreciar um vinho no local. A varanda é grande, e o apartamento, em geral, é muito confortável. A única ressalva é em relação ao chuveiro: quando ajustado para água quente, ele alterna para frio após alguns minutos, sendo necessário esperar um tempo para voltar ao normal. No entanto, no geral, eu voltaria e recomendaria para todos que desejam visitar Buenos Aires. La experiencia fue increíble. El apartamento es excelente, está bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario para alojar a 2 personas, incluso para quienes quieran disfrutar de una copa de vino en el lugar. El balcón es amplio y el apartamento, en general, es muy cómodo. La única observación es sobre la ducha: al ajustar el agua caliente, cambia a fría después de unos minutos, y hay que esperar un poco para que vuelva a la normalidad. Sin embargo, en general, volvería y lo recomendaría a todos los que deseen visitar Buenos Aires. The experience was amazing. The apartment is excellent, well-located, and has everything needed to accommodate 2 people, even for those who want to enjoy a glass of wine in the apartment. The balcony is spacious, and the apartment, overall, is very comfortable. The only note is regarding the shower: when set to hot water, it switches to cold after a few minutes, and you need to wait a while for it to return

Viagem de família

Precisa melhorar o sinal de internet, pois não pega dentro do apartamento. Fizemos a reclamação, mas não melhorou nada. Também precisa melhorar a limpeza do banheiro e colocar um box, pois só há uma cortina de plástico velha. Também toalhas suficientes, pois estávamos em três pessoas e só colocaram uma de banho no terceiro dia que estávamos hospedados, depois de várias reclamações. No local há vários restaurantes e mercados pertos. Também tem ponto de ônibus à uma quadra de distância
