Overall a good stay. The location is excellent and the apartment is nice. When I reserved this apartment I did so for me and my wife. Much later I found out that our son who is traveling was going to be in Buenos Aires at the same time. I told him since we had rented an apartment he could stay with us and sleep on the couch. When the owner found out he said I had to pay an extra 35 a night. When I asked why his explanation was because you are 3. Again I asked why, it is not like there was breakfast included. He said there is a different cost depending on the number of people. I can understand that there could be extra cost in us using more water, cleaning of extra sheets etc. and I was perfectly willing to pay for that. I however thought 35 per night excessive.The AC in the bedroom started leaking on the second or third day so we had to turn it off.The owner asked if I could water the plants outside which happily did.I would say that the only thing missing in the apartment was things like salt and pepper and paper towels in the kitchen and maybe an extra toilet papper.

This was an amazing very spacious clean just like new one bedroom apartment with beautiful atrium filled with plants and outside furniture. It was everything that it was advertised. Fantastic location in Recoleta neighborhood. A couple blocks from a small park. A couple doors down from a nice grocery store. A 15-to-20-minute walk to the Recoleta cemetery and weekend artisan market. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Can't say enough about this place. We really enjoyed our stay.
