Great location. Beautiful view of swimming pools and courtyard area. Very walkable area and close to restaurants and groceries. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. We got there early and they offered to keep our stuff in storage. They directed us to the restaurant in the corner for breakfast and told us a text message would be sent if the apartment was ready before the check In time. We walked around and ate some delicious food. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate an early check in. The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. It is comfortable with a full kitchen and 1.5 baths. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome and necessary in such a humid city. I’m not giving this place a 5 star because it could have used a deep cleaning! The doors had old stains, and the light switches were filthy :( I spent a good amount of time cleaning the space. Other than that, it was great.

Location is perfect. Can walk safely to most attractions. Plenty of eating and shopping in the area. The pool area is nice and kept up. Staff is courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!!

The service was incredible. We arrived at 3:30 AM and a staff member was there to greet us. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plus, free breakfast voucher at a restaurant downstairs. Finally, communication with the staff was quick and helpful. I fully recommend this apartment for all.

First off let me say that communication was the best! Ignacio is an example of customer service and care. He went the extra mile for my entire family. We had one night where one of my sons required a pharmacy and Ignacio was quick to respond and recommend the right one for my son and the medical issue was resolved. The apartment was beautiful and each door attendant was just a joy to see every time we went in and out. They were friendly and attentive the entire time. We will stay at this property each time we are in Buenos Aires. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. And finally, what can I say about Puerto Madero... it's the absolute best place to stay in all of B.A.

Property not as pictured. It’s in a great location but it is old and run down. There were holes in the wall. It did not look like the pictures. There was a washing machine but no dryer which may be cultural but challenging for Americans.
