Don’t recommend this hotel

Poor communication between customers and hotel staff. Had (2) different types of hair left in the tub/shower. Muffins fit for??? No coffee available at breakfast. Towels and wash clothes paper thin. Couldn’t dry a popcorn fart let alone a 250lbs man after a shower. One of the worst hotels my wife and I have stayed in

Room was of poor quality with no amenities like a coffee maker. On last day the fire alarm was set off causing a huge delay in our departure. Out of all of my various hotels I’ve stayed in over the last thirty years this was the worst.

The rooms were nice enough, the hotel is well maintained, the staff were kind and helpful enough - but some of the other guests were very unpleasant and roam the halls and outside spaces day and night. There were people loitering behind the hotel who appeared to have not been able to afford a room any longer who were just hanging out in the lobby or behind the hotel. There was also a man with a very aggressive dog who at one point lunged at me. There were a lot of just unsavory characters staying there and it was not at all a business hotel or somewhere I would stay again. The facility itself was nice enough and the room was fine, but the overall stay was very uncomfortable because of the other guests who are obviously semi-permanent residents and unmanaged.

The staff was friendly for the most part. I do have a complaint thought. When I would leave out and come back, i would be locked out of my room. Also, they supply dishes if you need it, mine weren’t washed well. I kept getting kicked off WI-FI having to call this number to be logged back in. The housekeepers was a BEAUTIFUL,FRIENDLY couple that were great and cleaned well but rules to this hotel is room clean ONCE PER WEEK! Trash bags would be left in hallway till they were picked up! Not blaming this beautiful couple but the MANAGERS of this location! Hope they improve these points!

Microwave in the room was placed in a shelf that you could hardly open the door. Breakfast only muffin, some chocolate bar, coffee. They should probably not advertise as free breakfast, since they only offer snacks.

The place smells very musty. My allergies have kicked in. Young man checking me in not very pleasant, he announced my room number while others could hear, very unacceptable plus, It appeared to have a few unsavory individuals. No product in rooms other than hand soap. No coffee. Went down for a breakfast to find coffee and hot water a few muffins and oatmeal. Let’s just say we will never book this chain again.
