The heat in the room was not working properly. The purpose of me getting a hotel was because of the cold weather here i, my pipes and heat went out at home. I spend this money on a hotel, and the heat would not go past 68 degrees. It was freezing at night. I called the front desk and they said maintenance was gone,but they offered me an extra blanket. I said that was fine. They tell me I have to come down and get it. You would think because they put me in a room with an unworking heat, the least they can do is bring me a blanket. It was the middle of the night, I was not going to get dress to do that so I said nevermind. I had a double bed room, so I was going to take the blanket off the other bed, that blanket had dry blood or something red stained on it. So I could not use that. The next day I go to the front desk, they said they will send maintenance to check the heat. They gave me this little heater for the time being. Maintenance never showed up, and the heater worked for 7 mins then it cuts off. I had to turn it off and let it sit for 30 to 45 mins, just for it to turn back on and stay on for another 7 mins. I even emailed them to tell them about the heat and got no response. $150, just to freeze for 2 days. No type of communication with me to let me know anything. Terrible nance come look at the
