I had the check out time set for 11am and they came banging on the door at 8am said they tried to call but the phone in the room looked completely smashed in. Front staff was great but the dude that was with housekeeping was rude and unprofessional.

Great outdoor space with fire pits and seating. So much quieter than I imagined being so close to the airport. No frills, basic room, but comfortable bed and pillows and very clean! Front desk staff was exceptionally kind, especially when I got lost in the long hallways and embarrassingly needed directions to the front desk at 5am. Would highly recommend if needed for a night before an early morning flight. Shuttle was quick and easy.

Location was great hotel was dirty and we had no shower curtain went to front desk they gave my wife another room to shower in on different floor and that was the same way less then happy after driving 12 hrs will never stay there again

I was disappointed from the moment I walked in the room. The floors were not swept, the bed sheets had obviously not been all changed, and I opened the refrigerator to find containers of food left from the last guest. I was never offered any kind of compensation for having to to stay in a room like that.

Room was not clean there was food and dirt all over the floor. The old hotel next door is now a housing facility for welfare recipients. It was not a comfortable situation. We were supposed to satay 4 nights and checked out after one night. The manager was very nice and reimbursed us. All I can say is be aware of your surroundings if staying there.

The lamp in the room was not working. Hair dryer had European plug with no adapter. Staff was friendly. Conveniently located. Room was basically clean with the exception of the stained curtains.
