DO NOT BOOK The property owner did not reprogram the door lock properly and as a result I was left stranded outside the door for 3+ hours after the check in time. I reached out to the owner through Expedia and VRBO but received no response for hours. Even after I gained access to the property, the lock continued to malfunction throughout my stay. I had to carry all my belongings with me personally every morning. The property itself is extremely run down and dirty. The floor is sticky, the bed is caved in in the middle, the tub is cracking, WIFI is non-existent, and the blinds don't work. What's worse is the owner compete inaccessibility when any issue came up. I was forced to abandon the property 2/3 days in due to severe quality and safety issues but VRBO has so far refused to refund. Unacceptable!
