Overall, the stay was "okay." The noise from construction currently going on at the hotel was noticeable. That said, the front desk staff let us know about it upon arrival. As a heads up to anyone considering this location, the renovations are expected to continue into the spring. The room could have also been cleaner; it fell short of my expectations in that regard. I felt as though it had been given a once-over ahead of our stay but nothing more. Generally, the staff we encountered were quite friendly. Big shout out to Carl(?) who made us feel welcome and went out of his way to see we were taken care of. He picked us up via the hotel's airport shuttle (a great amenity!) and also checked on us during breakfast. His service is keeping this rating from going lower and should be acknowledged. When we prepared to leave, he confirmed when we needed the shuttle back. Another note for guests: this service is 24-hours but you must verbally request a ride (call the front desk from the airport when you arrive and let them know during check-out when you need to be taken back). I would consider staying again once the renovations are complete in 2026.

Hampton are usually a pretty good place to stay, however this one was the exception. The fridge door would not shut and it ran non stop until I unplugged it, thus a warm soda. The “clean” towel had dark hairs on them. The tv remote lacks a feature to view and select from the menu. I could not get the ac to turn on, the room was to warm. Unplugged lamps. I’m being a bit picky, but Hampton are not a cheap place to stay.

I have stayed here in the past and it’s always been great. The staff is friendly and helpful and the shuttle to and from the airport very efficient. The last time I stayed here was about 2 years ago. This stay was mid week and not super busy. The cleanliness overall has declined and it’s looking a little run down. The coffee station in the foyer needed a good wiping down; (coffee snd creamer drips all over the counter). In my room, bathroom mirror was smudged like it hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guest and there was hair on the floor outside the shower doors along with some mold in the corners inside the shower stall. Shower door track was pretty gross. There was a used bandaid under the ottoman and something under the couch. The bed was comfortable but the fabric on the frame was starting to shred on the side. I did not request a new room as I arrived at midnight from traveling all day and needed sleep for early plans the next morning. This location is so convenient, breakfast is always good and staff is friendly. But unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because of the cleanliness of the room I stayed in.
