The hotel itself did not seem heavily booked yet the room provided quite dated (I learned later it was one of the ones scheduled later for a significant renovation). Both the front desk and shuttle staff provided basic information, however, could have improved their serve by presented themselves in a more welcoming, positive and energetic manner.
