The room was nice, you can tell that there has been water damage in the room, the microwave wasn't balanced I had to wedge a soap holder under it, and the shower did leak I just used towels to maintain. Overall the stay was nice the bed was very comfortable.

FILTHY! Like this was next level dirty. We only stayed because it was late and we had no choice. There was not one drop of hot water in the shower (this is not an exaggeration)! The water was like ice. I didn’t complain because we left our vehicle while we went on a trip and I didn’t want them to do something to it. Plus I don’t think the staff would have cared. It is advertised on their site that if you stay there before your flight, you can leave your vehicle for free. We quickly found that it was not free. They charged me. The shuttle drivers are very nice but they are shared with other hotels and the vans are not 4wd or AWD. They get stuck and slide all over. I would absolutely not stay here again and I would not recommend this to anyone else.

the room was clean and the shower area as well. However, the hallway carpeting along wall and in near room doors needed a good vacuuming Lobby and breakfast area looked a bit tired. Room had dresser pieces coming off at one corner. Staff was so unprofessional. The environment was scary with some lady arguing with the front desk and wouldn't leave the premises and i had called the front desk to get assistance on how to use coffee machine and they said they would send someone to our room and no one ever came. One phone in the room didn't work either. The spa & fitness area was out of order as well. Will never stay here again!

Unfortunately, our room was so close to the entrance that when young people entered late in the evening singing loudly and in the morning for breakfast, every chair dragged on the floor, we could hear clearly and loudly in our room. I actually booked 2 suites for this family trip. The room could use updates and extra attention to cleaning. The front desk clerk lets just call her (Karen) is what it should be is very rude and disrespectful to my son. We checked in the day before and wasn't there when they arrived and she was very rude!
