I was greeted by Jackie T who made me feel like I was being welcomed by a friend I haven't seen in while and truly wanted me to enjoy my visit. I told her my son was coming in later on his motorcycle and two hours later when he came in, she greeted him by name. He was soaked and exhausted, yet she made him smile and feel great to be there. His first comments to me was how nice Jackie T was. The beds were very comfortable, hot tub was incredible and pool warm; everything was so clean. Breakfast was also so nice and well stocked. So glad I choose this hotel to stay.

Found the area was pretty run down. We got to our hotel at 1030pm to find out that the pool area closed already. The night staff was very rude to another customer in front of us and made us not want to come fown to buy a pop or anything. We got into our room, everything seemed clean at first, until we started stripping the bed, there was a quarter sized stain that looked liked some type of body fluid. The TV remote was caked with a yellow hard "ear wax" substance on it.

Great hotel for such a good price. Nice options for breakfast. The pool and spa area was great. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient location near the expressway. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel wasn’t horrible but there were things that would not make me want to stay there again. Our mattress had a huge stain on it and was barely covered. We went into the hot tub area and a snake had came through the door that led to the outside. We did not go in there the rest of the time. Staff was super friendly and helpful but wish we could have avoided those couple run ins.

The hotel is outdated but well maintained, the staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. They give you a $15 voucher for snacks, but with kids you definitely will go over lol the snacks are pricey. The hotel is also close to a lot of restaurants which is a plus. I definitely recommend this hotel. Pool and jacuzzi was awesome.
