Booked for Christmas Eve. Prepaid. Must have had a water pipe freeze and burst. Property shut down when I went to check in. No help offered to secure another hotel, even though they have a property 5 miles north. Trying to get refund now

I didn’t like anything about the property but especially the staff was horrible. They didn’t know where any of the cleaning stuff was like hand sanitizer so the containers just stayed empty and the hotel also had plumbing issues but lied to me at checkin and said everything was fine so I wouldn’t ask for a refund

Just OK, not worth the price I paid.

Staff was friendly. Felt like older hotel. Lots of little things didn’t quite work. The water was turned off for a few hours at one point. The price was luxury the delivery was Motel 6. Not worth what we paid.

The hotel was in need of updates such as new carpeting and new mattresses on the sofa bed but it was very clean and the staff was so friendly.
