The staff was extremely courteous, the room was clean and exactly how it was pictured. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. If I had any recommendations, I would say put more places to hang your towels in the bathroom after using them. Including the hand towel for the sink in the bathroom.

The hotel was understaffed which led to over an hour delay getting into the rooms. The manager/front desk person was pleasant and apologetic. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast was not edible, even the packaged muffin was gross. I was able to get a yogurt but that was it. Luckily there are plenty of breakfast options in walking distance.

The hotel itself was very clean, the elevators were down but wasn’t two bad since our room Was on second floor, taking luggage up. But the beds are very hard? If a very extra firm bed is what you want then this would be your hotel

The breakfast wasn't hot nor the best. This facility is an all rooms pet friendly so there was dog smell throughout (elevator, hallways) when you passed someone with a dog. If pet allergies are a problem, this is not the place to stay. Only one elevator to cover 5 floors wasn't enough and consequently long waits for the elevator.

This hotel is one I would recommend. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The room was overall clean, very spacious (double queen bed room), and had great amenities. The in room kitchen is a great feature to have. There is a couch in front of the tv. The tv is mounted, which can be adjusted via tilt and angle. Streaming services are available (you must log into to your own account). HVAC system was clean and room was well circulated, thermostat works well. The bathroom was well lit, and there are separate doored rooms within the bathroom for the sink/mirror and the shower/toilet. The one downside was the shower floor is textured which appears to be very difficult to clean as the shower floor was somewhat brown. There were also small specks of mold in the corners of the shower (within the caulking). Overall would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, particularly if you are traveling with young children. We were traveling with our 9 month old son and having a kitchen, fridge, sink etc. made it so easy. The staff was so kind and friendly, it was clean, the breakfast was delicious…one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The close proximity to all the shopping and dining was also very convenient.
