Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
1) worst check-in ever2) no attendant, no supervisor, no concierge, no one on the property to give you directions to your unit.3) waited in a queue for one (1) hour to get a guy on the phone that barely spoke English4) this guy gave me the wrong directions into he building which caused me to take two (2) elevators, have to walk the length building multiple trips with suitcases and boxes5) no carts, which is unbelievable, to transport your stuff into your unit6) didn't receive a key or a fob to inter the unit till the next day 7) your electronic entry locked me out of my unit while I waited in a queue on your 800 number again for (45) minutes to get a code to unlock the lock, which all renters should be supplied with on day one.8) your "Hello Landing" and enter your unit number is complete BS, doesn't work, had to get a resident to let me in multiple time when I was moving in on day 1.9) your "Landing" rental business model is highly flawed and needs a major overhaul10) start by having some one on site that can help with problems like this.
