All on one level, the cottage has been professionally interior designed and offers luxurious accommodation featuring an Aga electric oven, 2 log burners, ensuite king bedrooms and wonderful riverside views.


Located within a couple of miles of the small town of Builth Wells, which offers a choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, including the locals’ favourite cafe, the timber-windowed Cosy Corner, for some old-fashioned restorative cawl or bara brith. A little further afield, you will find The Griffin at Felin Fach and The Greyhound at Aberedw, both well worth a visit. For walkers, the Wye Valley Walk is right on your doorstep and the Brecon Beacons National Park is just 25 minutes away. To enjoy stunning views, take the drive upto Elan Valley Lakes, including Aberystwyth mountain road. There's plenty to do, with golfing, fishing and horse-riding all catered for locally.
