The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower room with a bidet and toilet on the same level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet on the upper floor. The property features forced-air heating.
