Casa Garden Contesses is located in Momjan, not far from Buje. This villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests who can enjoy the modern interior or relax in the spacious garden surrounded by greenery. The villa is completely fenced so you don't have to worry if you decide to bring your pet with you on vacation.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with an island that has everything you need to prepare meals on vacation, including appliances such as a toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen is a dining table large enough to seat your entire group, and the entire room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. In the living room you will find two sofas and an armchair that can be used as a reading corner with a view of the greenery.
Villa Casa Garden Contesses has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, TV and wardrobe and 2 of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. All bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is also available in the rest of the villa, so you don't have to worry about walking on cold floors. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided and there is also a washing machine as well as ironing facilities in the villa.
The garden of this villa spreads over 870 m² and is a great green oasis for relaxation. You can spend the day on the deck chairs or play with your pet in the garden. An electric barbecue with accessories is available for preparing meals outside and the covered terrace is ideal for group gatherings. The villa also has 2 parking spaces and you can also charge electric cars.
The location of the villa is great if you want to explore the interior of Istria during your stay. You can visit Buje, a town on a hill with the remains of buildings that show its great history, or drive to Motovun, another Istrian settlement on a hill with a rich history, where you can enjoy the gastronomic offer, walks and a beautiful view of the surroundings. If you want to spend a day at the beach, Umag and other smaller coastal towns are only 20 minutes away by car.
