Flat in a typical Istrian country house with garden for shared use The flat is located on the first floor of a typical Istrian country house, completely renovated in 2015. The small village is 30 km from the Italian border, a few minutes from Umag, Savudrija, Novigrad, Poreč.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, table, chairs, sun umbrella and sun beds. Communal garden equipped with furniture (table with chairs, deck chairs) in the shade of mulberry trees. The property is fenced.
The flat is 60 m2 and consists of: fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, two bedrooms (one double with king-size bed, one small room with single bed or bunk bed), bathroom with shower. It also includes: satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets on all windows, cot (on request),

Blue flag award-winning beaches with crystal-clear water (with swimming pools, tennis and golf courses, Istralandia aquapark), several horse riding ranches. Cycling routes will take you past Istrian castles, vineyards and olive groves, hidden ruins and picturesque villages full of family-run restaurants. The Istrian coastline is characterised by numerous blue flag beaches. The coast between Umag and Novigrad has some of the best beaches in Croatia. They are characterised by picturesque bays and points, with rocky and pebble beaches that invite you into the primordial world of the sea. Many beaches are landscaped, while others have retained a wild, untamed appearance. Pine forests and olive groves will protect you from the summer heat.
