The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, safe, central heating, offers the possibility to spend relaxing moments on two covered terraces surrounded by plants and flowers, the portable barbecue on the first-floor terrace equipped with table and chairs, the pool area equipped with a sunbathing area with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower, table with chairs, parking in the enclosed property.
As the house is located on a hill, there is a continuous pleasant sea breeze. Kanegra beach 10 km away. The 130 sqm house is located on three levels.

The house was built in 1805 and renovated in 2013. The owners live in the house next door in case of need they are always available.
