Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Buje" 5 km, rocky beach "Kanegra" 12 km.
