Villa Kim Vista Vinea, Momjan, Croatia
Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and rolling hills, on the edge of Momjan, Villa Kim Vista Vinea is a luxurious villa for 8 in the heart of Istria. It is the perfect escape for friends or families who want to relax by the private pool or explore Istria. Only 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast and close to some of Croatia’s finest wine producers, it is ideally located to keep guests of all ages happy!
The décor is stylish and modern. The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas are full of light, thanks to the large glass doors which lead out onto the terrace by the swimming pool. Guests can relax on 2 sofas and watch the flat-screen TV. The dining table for 8 separates the sitting area from the well-appointed, modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
The owners have lavished as much attention on the outdoor spaces as they have on the interiors. There are several sun loungers by the swimming pool where guests can relax after a refreshing dip, as well as a separate jacuzzi. One of the villa’s unique features is the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area for meals al fresco. The area is shaded for protection from the sun but open so that guests can enjoy the panoramic views.
The wellness centre, next to the swimming pool area, includes an infrared/Finnish sauna and a relaxation area with a games console, for when the sun isn’t shining.

Bedroom 1: The stunning master bedroom on the first floor, has dual aspect views a double bed, flat-screen TV, a private balcony and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: This ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV, desk, a wardrobe, an en suite bathroom and glass doors that lead out to the garden.
Bedroom 3: The 3rd bedroom is on the first floor and includes 2 single beds (joinable), a wardrobe, flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Another light-filled bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.

Each of the 4 en suite bathrooms has a glass shower, basin and WC.

The area is known for its excellent wines and there are several vineyards close by, such as Kozlović, Kabola and Prelac. Here you can taste fine wines directly from the producers and immerse yourself in the authentic Istrian wine tradition.
The historic towns of Buje (10 minutes) and Brtonigla (17 minutes) both make excellent day trips. Wander through the charming streets and enjoy a drink in one of the picturesque squares. Brtonigla is a foodie paradise and is known for its excellent restaurants. Its local market is a source of the freshest local ingredients as well as fine olive oil from nearby farms.
The Adriatic coast is only a 20-minute drive. The two ports of Umag and Novigrad (both 22 minutes) are picture-postcard towns, with painted houses and seafront promenades, ideal for a sunset stroll. For younger guests, the family-friendly Istralandia Aquapark, one of the largest water parks in Croatia, is 20 minutes from the villa.
Pula International Airport is 1 hour away.
