Treat yourself to a truly relaxing vacation and enjoy the views of the green surroundings at Villa Monte Residence in northern Istria. This villa combines modern and traditional elements and offers you a true wellness vacation experience with a hot tub, Finnish sauna and swimming pool. On the ground floor of the villa you will find an air conditioned open plan space consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The space features traditional elements such as beamed ceilings and a fireplace, but has all the amenities you need for a comfortable vacation. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a living room with TV and fireplace.



Villa Monte Residence has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. All bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. One bathroom has a bathtub while the others have a shower. The villa also has a washing machine, which can be useful if you are planning a longer stay.



The courtyard of the villa extends over 1500 m² and is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Around the villa there are numerous walking and cycling paths, so you can spend some time exploring the nearby nature.
