The ground floor features a spacious living room with a sofa that can accommodate up to two children, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom and a second bathroom.In Kaštel, guests can enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in local restaurants and taverns, while a grocery store is just 2 km away. Guests of Villa Morena have free access to the Kanegra tourist resort beach.Kaštel is a small Istrian village on the border with Italy and Slovenia, known for its peaceful atmosphere, vineyards, and olive groves. Nearby towns like Buje, Grožnjan, and Umag offer rich gastronomic and cultural experiences, as well as opportunities for active holidays – cycling, walking, and wine route tours.
