Villa Petar is located in the greenery of the village of Buroli, in the interior of Istria. This 3-bedroom villa with pool is an ideal oasis for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The villa is oriented towards the countryside, which ensures maximum privacy, but also a wonderful view of the surrounding nature from every corner. The villa can accommodate 8 guests.



The interior of the villa is 140 m² and consists of 1 floor, which makes it extremely suitable for people with disabilities. In the part of the ground floor that overlooks the terrace with the pool, there is a space for relaxation and cooking. The spacious living room has a large sofa, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or watching a movie. There is a dining room in the extension and a large kitchen in a separate room, fully equipped for preparation of a variety of meals. The space is dominated by a pleasant and bright ambience with furniture in earthy colors. All rooms are air conditioned.



On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 has 2 single beds. All rooms have wardrobes with plenty of space to store clothes, as well as air conditioning to keep you cool on hot summer days. The bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.



A small oasis of peace and quiet awaits you in the courtyard of Villa Petar. Immediately after leaving the living room, you will see incredible scenes of the surrounding greenery, which you can admire from any part of the outdoor terrace. If you want to cook in the open air, don't worry - there is a wood-fired grill at your disposal that you can use to prepare various specialties. You can enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table and relax in the comfortable hanging chairs. We haven't forgotten about the pool either - we believe that 24 m² will be more than enough for your daily refreshment.



The villa is situated in a very convenient location. It is secluded in a small settlement, but close to the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad. The nearest restaurant and cafe are located in Brtonigla (3 km away). Near the accommodation there are many wineries and family farms where you can taste local specialties such as wine and olive oil.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
