ひどいホテル Horrible Unprofessional Hotel

このホテルは絶対ダメだ。 ひどいホテル !!! Reception was practically non-existent. When someone finally showed up, it was just a bunch of clueless teenagers who couldn’t understand basic words like "towel" or "breakfast." Checking in was a nightmare. After finally getting the keys, there were no towels. It took an excruciating hour to get a floor towel and another hour, and a call to the boss, to get a bath towel. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It wasn't even at the hotel, and they didn’t bother to tell us the address beforehand. It took yet another hour just to get someone to show up at reception and provide the address. The shower head was broken, and they didn’t clean the room after the first night. The doors were locked at night with no reception available. To top it all off, the staff had the audacity to wake me up in the morning to remind me that checkout was at 12. Who does that? This was the most unprofessional, chaotic, and incompetent hotel I have ever encountered. AVOID THIS CIRCUS OF A HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!
