Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all trash in the unit & dispose in the exterior garbage dumpster. Please place one load of towels into the washing machine, add laundry detergent, and start the cycle.
Please turn off all lights, fans, TVs, & set the AC to 76°F. Please close and lock all doors and windows then exit through the front door.
Upon departure, please send a note through the VRBO website to confirm your checkout. Have a safe trip home!
