A birthday oasis!

We spent a full week at this property for my 50th and my daughters 15th birthdays! We had an amazing time lounging around the pool and hot tub. Several friends joined us to celebrate and we stayed up late playing music and games. The freedom to be a little late and loud was nice because there are very few neighbors. It's also nice that it is a short drive to the West Canyon, so we took a day trip and enjoyed the amazing Sky Bridge. The binder you provided was perfect and explained in detail how to work the hot tub and had great recommendations. We took the recommendation to eat at the Bearded Gentlemen and we were not disappointed! Amazing food and menu there. We also did the 4 mile hike along the river to the dam and it was a very nice and easy walk. We enjoyed the large home and the space to spread out and not feel crowded. The lemon tree in the back was an unexpected bonus and we used lemons in our cooking regularly. The smoker/grill is very nice and provided our weeks worth of meals. I would suggest you mention that there is very little cushion/support seating for folks with aches and pains. A supportive sofa or chaise or outdoor patio cushions would be nice. The dishwasher seemed to not wash very well so we just washed everything by hand. Overall, the place is amazing. The floors make it easy to keep clean and the garage is amazing! Thank you for sharing your home! The check-out was very simple as well and we were all satisfied with our stay! I would recommend this place highly!

Great place!
