The outdoor area is truly a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Take a dip in the refreshing outdoor pool, soak in the heated jaccuzzi or simply lounge by the waters edge, sandy beach or on the boat dock. The private launch ramp provides easy access to the river for boating enthusiasts. The courtyard features a charming outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and a BBQ for grilling up delicious meals.
Inside the house you will find a fire place in 2 living rooms, creating a cozy ambiance during cooler evenings. The second and third story balconies offer breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Colorado River. An outdoor fire pit adds a touch of rustic charm to the property.

Best Rental EVER!

This was the best Air BnB I have ever rented! I had 11 family members stay with me in this beautiful 3 story home. The home plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is amazing with places like Walmart and restaurants within 1/2 a mile. The amenities were amazing! We took full advantage of all, from canoeing in the backyard, to jumping in the swimming pool watching the most gorgeous sunset! The game room was awsome as well, gave the men in the home an opportunity to bond while the women relaxed on comfy couches in a spacious living room while watching movies on a huge television. The kids absolutely loved the games that were available to them as well. Michelle, the host, was Awsome! Extremely helpful and available 24-7 during our stay.
