Lakefront Luxury Villa w/ Infinity Pool, Swim Spa

"Lake Anna Luxury" is a one-of-a-kind, ultra-modern lakefront villa with gorgeous sunset views over the lake. The exterior boasts a heated infinity pool, a massive 15 person swim spa (hot year round), a private beach, dock, and kayaks. Inside, you'll love the soaring industrial ceilings with walls of glass and modern finishes. With 8 bedrooms (7 masters), the villa sleeps 20 comfortably. Plus, pet friendly! The home layout is as follows:

EXTERIOR:

- Private infinity pool with loungers both in and out of the water and plenty of tables/chairs for outdoor meals. Pool heat optional for $100+tax/day in spring and fall months. Advance notice required for pool heat. Pool is open April through November.
- Swim spa (essentially a massive hot tub), large enough for 15, open year-round
- Multiple seating/lounging areas
- 2 outdoor TVs
- Private beach with sandy water entrance
- Private dock. There are a few boat rental companies on the lake if you'd like to have your own pontoon boat for your stay!
- Kayaks and paddleboards provided.
- Wood-burning firepit. Firewood provided.
- Gas grill (propane is provided)
- Large, flat front yard

MAIN LEVEL LIVING AREA:

- Open concept layout features a massive great room with soaring ceilings and lake views. *NOTE: glass garage door does NOT open due to HVAC concerns and insects.
- Multiple conversation areas, as well as a TV viewing area with leather reclining couches
- Kitchen features marble counters, premium appliances, and plenty of space
- The dining area has a large table that seats 12, plus the nearly bar seats 4, and an additional bar-height table seats another 4. The main dining table can double as a ping pong table.

LOFT AREA:

- Loft is open to the lower level and features a massive sectional surrounding a big screen TV with video games. *NOTE: glass garage door does NOT open due to HVAC concerns and insects.
- Behind the TV area is a full size shuffleboard table (not pictured), and a wet bar with beverage fridge
- The balcony off the loft area has the best views of the lake, with bar height seating to take in the sunsets
- Laundry room is also in this area of the home

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS:

- BR1: Main level king with seating area and ensuite bath. Room faces the lake and has a patio.
- BR2: Main level king with additional couch and ensuite bath. Room faces the lake and has a patio.
- BR3: Main level queen with ensuite bath. Room faces front yard and has a patio.
- BR4: Upstairs king with ensuite bath. Room faces the lake and shares a balcony with BR6.
- BR5: Upstairs 2 queen bedroom with ensuite bath. Room faces the lake and shares a balcony with BR5.
- BR6: Upstairs king with ensuite bath. Room faces front yard and has a private balcony.
- BR7: Upstairs bedroom with queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Adjoining full bathroom also has an entrance to hallway to service loft area. Private balcony overlooking front yard.
- BR8: Main level room near kitchen with sofa bed. Adjoining full bathroom also services main living space. Faces front yard and has patio. *IMPORTANT: this room is has a curtain, not a door, and thus is not completely private.

Other things to note:

- Lake Anna Luxury is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 dogs with a $200 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- In order to provide you with a comfortable home that's maintains an ideal temperature, we are unable to allow you to open the large garage doors.
- We are open to hosting small weddings or other events, but only with advance notice before booking. Additional charges may apply, and we may decline certain requests. Do not book this property if you intend on having more than 20 people at the property at any time, without checking with us first.
- The driveway can easily fit up to 8 vehicles. Do not park on grass please.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. All bedrooms, plus living room and loft, feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services.
- Linens and towels provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
