Kids will love having their own cubby house in the backyard, along with a sandpit and plenty of space to play, while the park and playground directly across the road provide even more room to run around. Inside, board games are available for easy family evenings together.

The home is well equipped with a 90-inch Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in every room to keep everyone comfortable year-round. The outdoor entertaining area includes a large BBQ and alfresco dining space, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.

Conveniently positioned, you’re just 5 minutes to the shopping centre, 10 minutes to Bunbury City Centre, 30 minutes to Busselton, and 7 minutes to the local golf course. With nearby 4WD beach access and a dog park close by, this is a practical and comfortable coastal base for families who want space, convenience and plenty to keep the kids entertained.
