70s style funky home with three double bedrooms, sleeper sofa in the lounge, spacious indoor & outdoor living areas, a bright kitchen with modcons, and separate bathroom & toilet.

Your perfect spot for fun with family & friends. Outdoor entertaining areas include gas BBQ & heater.

Off street parking for up to 7 cars and one undercover lockable carport. By prior arrangement, a caravan can be parked up with access to power and water.

Walk through Maiden's Reserve with its panoramic views to the beach or drive 2km to a beach carpark, 6km along Ocean Drive to Bunbury town centre. There's easy access to all of Bunbury's sights: including the Dolphin Discovery Centre, Bunbury Wildlife Park, Bunbury Farmers Market, Koombana Bay, Back Beach, Marlston Hill Lookout, Bunbury Lighthouse, Mangrove Boardwalk, Leschenault Inlet, Bunbury Regional Art Gallery, the CBD Mural Trail, Bunbury Museum and Heritage Centre, Wyalup-Rocky Point, South West Sports Centre, Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre, HOYTS Cinemas, Boulters Heights, Maidens Reserve, Wardandi Boodja Sculpture, and St Patrick's Cathedral.

Coffee pod machine with pods, sugar and milk is provided. Seasonings, basic cooking supplies and condiments provided.

True to the age of the home, decor is Boho 70s - that era of macrame, indoor pot plants, vaulted wooden ceilings (if you were zhuzh!) and gawdy florals that were a hangover from the 60s.

Met all our requirements, a home away from home. Clean, good number of items available in the kitchen, convenient location, wide selection of activities/entertainment available.
