Poorly managed by property company

The property was not as described, much older and different from the pics The beds were like sleeping on plywood, no comfort what so ever, the kitchen was barely stocked with the essentials and the house was in need of a makeover. Our plans changed and we had to check out a day early, when I contacted the property management company they said no problem, check out but that’s on you, you don’t get your money back. Onsite property supervisor was very helpful and friendly but the management company was not easy to deal with.
