7 Spruce Lodge is a welcome retreat with breathtaking views from every room. Our 6 bedroom/ 5 bathroom home has over 5000 square feet of finished interior space. It's a custom built, timber frame home that was completed in 2019.
This private residence is located just 10 miles from the quaint village of Watkins Glen on the South East side of Seneca Lake, in Burdett, NY. 7 Spruce Lodge is surrounded by 4-acres of secluded woods in the heart of the Seneca Lake wine trail. This vacation rental has its own private boat slip, sun deck, and boat dock with over 300 feet of lake frontage.
During your stay at this lodge, you'll be within walking distance of Catharine Valley Winery. You'll find features like a gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities.
