Friendly staff

The staff were so friendly but the Inn was a bit run down. My curtains were hanging down, I managed to prop them up to sleep. I did mean to mention it to management when I left but I completely forgot. To be honest Burlington itself felt run down, too many drug addicts walking around. I did like the area the Inn was though.

The location was great for our needs, however, their washer and dryer are broken with no estimate to when they’d be fixed despite advertising them on the website. Also, there was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website. When asked about it, staff had no idea. They did have coffee, but no food. It’s a bit run down overall and we are unsure if the smoke detector was working (falling off the wall). The quilts on the bed are cute and we got fresh towels every day but housekeeping did not make our beds or anything like that. Iffy on taking the trash. If you need somewhere cheap to get to downtown, this is great place, just be aware you won’t be saving on breakfast, and there are a few sketchy characters around.

I stayed for two nights and wasn’t very pleased with the first room I was assigned so I requested a different room and they were able to accommodate me. The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and helpful in every imaginable way. The pool and hot tub were most enjoyable. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of some updating, but the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. I accidentally left some articles of clothing behind that they were very kind to mail out to me promptly. I so appreciate their excellent customer service! Lovely people.

For bargain shoppers

This is a bargain option. The condition of the place wasnt great, and the furniture was pretty ragged. But it's better priced than the other options around so if you dont mind a little shabbiness, this place does the trick. Staff was quite nice and helpful

My son and I stayed for one night while touring UVM. The room was old and outdated, but clean and comfortable. It suited our purposes for our one night stay. We didn't use the pool, it it looked nice.
