Con: We stayed here while traveling further into Colorado…the room was meh, it was clean, bed was comfortable enough but it smelled and water leaked in bathroom (sink and shower). A bit over priced, but not much else around. Pro: if you like a shower with intense water pressure, this is the place - dang near peeled the skin off!

The property / room was clean, but the room was extremely small. Breakfast was good, clerk noted some of the condiments had been stolen and didn't have replacements. They did have a hot breakfast.

The motel looks very humble from the outside, but there are many nice touches in the room that were unexpected. The breakfast was also beyond expectations

Cheap, clean, but dated.

Beds are great, and room was clean, but room is dated. TV, didn’t work well (channels kept glitching out), refrigerator was leaking, there were several holes in walls, there was no extra lock on the door (and they open to the outside!), and the bathroom walls had some soft spots. As the cheapest hotel in Burlington, we slept ok, but it was noisy and we would choose the Fairfield next time.

Clean, newly renovated and reasonably priced. They should upgrade the shower head and use liners for shower curtain, otherwise everything was very good.

Great place! Clean and comfortable.

One of the cleanest motels/hotels I have been to in a while. The grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, cold cereal, coffee, etc. Next time I stay in Burlington it will be here.

The room was tidy, but there were a few flies and fruit flies, probably coming from the door which opened to the outside. The room was clean, but the tub surround was old and had some holes in it. The refrigerator was not level. The breakfast was very good.
