The refundable deposit is really high, but otherwise a decent place to stay in Burlington (a place that doesn't have a lot of good choices).

The property was clean, convenient and comfortable. There was a little confusion with the check in and we were sent to the wrong unit at first (the property is a house that has multiple rental units within it) but the host was so responsive and got us sorted within minutes. Truly, that was the best part, knowing there was someone a quick message away in case anything came up. The only small issues is the listed mentioned a pool, but there isn’t one - they may have fixed this in the listing already. The other observation is that if you need to do work, there isn’t a very comfortable space to work on a laptop. Both tables in the space are small, round and have uncomfortable seats. They’re totally fine for a quick bite to eat or coffee but not a place to settle on for more than maybe 30 minutes. The couch was very cozy though! I just prefer a desk.
