Very excellent service. They had a few nice touches that added to the experience. The breakfast offerings were delicious with a good variety. The facilities were clean and in great condition.

Great service above and beyond breakfast experienc

The hotel was clean and nice. Our rooms were ready a little early. Staff was nice. I really enjoyed the lady that worked at the breakfast that was from over the river in Hamilton. She was such a great friendly worker. You should be proud of her, went out of her way above and beyond to take care of my daughter-in-law‘s baby and make coffee for her! What an excellent worker! I wish I could remember her name. I hope you know who I mean when I say she was a bubbly blonde with the accent.

Disappointed

Pool closed, door not functioning properly. We stayed for 3 days and our room was never attended too. We had to ask for towels 3 times as well as ask for toilet paper and Kleenex. Never any apologies.. very disappointing.
