The Space:
The apartment is located on the second floor of a triplex, the other tenants in the building are quiet young professionals. The unit is recently renovated with lots of modern touches and cozy spaces. The apartment is freshly renovated and includes high ceilings, new furniture throughout, a washer/dryer, a large sparkling clean bathroom with clawfoot tub, and a massive private deck with unobstructed views of the city skyline and Lake Champlain.

Guest Access:
You'll have a private entrance and will be a sent a unique code for the lock that will allow secure access during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the tranquil hill section of Burlington, a lovely residential area only minutes from the waterfront and downtown Burlington it's an absolutely ideal home base for exploring our little city and points beyond!

Getting Around:
The home is a 20-30 minute walk from Downtown and there are plentiful ubers and a bus stop nearby

Other Things to Note:
the controls for the firepit are located on the lake facing side of the base, please do not move or otherwise displace the firepit anywhere else on the deck.

Dave's place is perfectly located in the heart of Burlington, surrounded by classic Victorian homes in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Champlain College. The apartment had plenty of room for our family, with large bedrooms, a full kitchen and spacious living room. And we definitely took advantage of the rear decks overlooking the lake. The oversized screened porch was ideal for dinners, as well as Vermontopoly game nights at the large dining table. We also enjoyed a few nights in the adjacent open air deck, relaxing in comfy adirondacks by the fire table, watching the sunset over the water. The home is comfortable, well supplied and maintained. We had a lovely stay, and Dave and his team could not have been more responsive, helpful and respectful.

The place was very nice with a comfy, home like charm. Wood floors everywhere except the bathroom. (ceramic tile there) The unit is on the second floor, and the deck area out the back is huge, and overlooks the lake. Easily the place to relax and unwind after a busy day. One space is screened in, the other open with a fire pit.Everything was stocked and well labeled, soaps, shampoo etc was plentiful, the appliances were in great condition and utensils were provided. Beds were comfortable, well covered and clean.Communication with the host was easy and simple, information was provided just ahead of our arrival to allow us access and with any last minute instructions. The host was very responsive to any questions we asked, and the communication was through.The area the house is in was very quiet, parking off street for one vehicle, and space to park another along the street. It is accessible to many locations by walking or a quick drive, although it's on a hill so most activities are downhill from the location.Would stay here again when traveling in the area.
