The hot tub was out of order. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the customer service representative who checked me in on January 16, 2025 at 6:30 pm was not friendly, helpful, or forthcoming on information relating to all the amenities the hotel offers to its customers.

Hot tub jets didnt work. Light hanging from the wires from the ceiling above the pool. Part of the ceiling in the pool lools like its gonna fall down. Friendly staff. Place good be upgraded. Breakfast was average. Not worth what i paid for. Ive been to places $30 cheaper with it being alot better place

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. The pool area is awesome with the kid pool option. Wish the breakfast option wasn't the same every morning. Some of the staff are cranky and act bothered to be addressed but otherwise it was great. The lady who does the kitchen area in the morning is amazing.
