The town of Burney is not close to the National Park which is what we were doing in the area. The restaurants in town were OK, nothing great. We liked having a Safeway close by. Burney Falls was close by and the falls were amazing. The motel is older and could use some updates.

Great little resting spot near Burney Falls

Super clean and comfortable, across the street from a surprisingly great local restaurant, the Outpost, quiet rooms with an air-conditioner, TV coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Great service at the desk. Comfortable beds! Small, though. You had to try to work around the bed to get to the bathroom, but we were only there one night.
