-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please respect neighbors.
-Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-Keep all windows and doors closed when not at home.
Turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use.
🧼 Cleanliness & Care
-Please treat the home with care and respect.
-Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
-Dispose of rubbish in the correct bins provided.
Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.

-A refundable security deposit of £200 is required before check-in. The deposit will be collected securely via PayPal or Airbnb Resolution Center and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and compliance with house rules.
