Banyo musluk arızalı idi. Sıcak soğuk ayarı yapmak nerdeyse imkansızdı. Pratik ve kullanışlı armatür seçilmesi gerekir ayrıca başlık bozulmuştu. Günlük temizliği yapan kişinin bunu kolayca farkedip idareye bildirmesi gerekir .

Korkunç bir temizlikle odayı teslim ettiler.geç giriş yapmama rağmen oda gittiğimde hazır değildi.tekrar temizleyin dedik ama yapılan hala temizlik değil idi. İki gün boyunca koridordaki bir odanın önündeki artık yemekleri tabakları alan olmadi

Durch die vielen Positiven Bewertungen wurden wir leider getäuscht. Das Hotel ist total in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, die Möbel alt und beschädigt. Das Badezimmer glänzt mit Rost und kaputten Armaturen. Zudem stinkt es unangenehm. Der Boden im Zimmer und Bad war noch voller Haare und nicht sauber. Die Dusche verstopft. Haben ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, obwohl ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gewünscht und gebucht war. Preis-Leistung ist leider unverhältnismäßig. Es ist viel zu teuer für den Preis und sicher keine 4 Sterne. Das Frühstücksbüffet war eintönig und die Lebensmittel waren teilweise nicht frisch. Durch die schöne Lobby wird man geblendet, diese entspricht jedoch nicht dem Allgemeinzustand des Gebäudes. Einziger positiver Aspekt sind die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, wir durften auch vor unserer eigentlichen Zeit einchecken, was nach unserer langen Anreise eine nette Geste war. Wir kommen seit Jahren in diesen Ort um Urlaub zu machen und würden dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
