Odalar dar,tuvaletteki lavoba sürekli tıkanıyor.eşyalar eski.Her kapı çarpmalarında yatak başı oynuyor.Diğer odaların sesleri çok duyuluyor.yalıtım çok kötü.Toplu yaşam kurallarını bilmeyen misafirlerin çocukları koridorlarda koşturuyor otel resepsiyonunu aramamıza rağmen yeterli önemleri almadılar.Çok çocuklu ailelerin yanına çocuksuz misafirleri yerleştirmemeye özen gösteriniz.Konumu iyi olduğu için ve kurumsal firma diye geldik pişman olduk.Başka şehirlerde İbis hotel i birkaç kez kullanmamiza rağmen Bursa İbis Otel bizim konforsuz bir tercih oldu.
