Oda penceresinin mekanizması, duş ve banyonun sürgülü kapıları bozuktu. Banyoda yerler, lavobo kireç lekesi ve duşun kenarları kireç kitleleriyle doluydu. Yataklar, çarşaflar temiz. Günlük temizlik ve çalışanlar gayet iyi ve nazikler. Ancak tesis eskimiş ve yenileme ihtiyacı var. Odalar aşırı sıcaktı. Ocak ayında 2 gece pencere aralık yattık. Kahvaltı gayet güzel ve çeşitliydi. Etraftaki restoran ve cafeler, mekanlar, market vs., güvenliği iyi. Sadece şehir merkezine uzak. Eğer merkezde (tarihi bölge) işiniz var ise günlük epey bir trafikte en az 40 dk kendi aracınızla gideceğinizi düşünmelisiniz. Bursanın trafiği beklediğimizden çok yoğundu. Belki sömestr tatili olduğu için, bütün park yerleri doluydu. Eğer her gün merkeze gidecekseniz, ulaşım tarafını değerlendirmenizi öneririm.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel for an extended period. I stayed for six nights, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, which became quite boring. The photos showing donuts are misleading—no sweets or fruits were actually served at breakfast.

Otelin resepsiyon kısmı çok iyiydi, bizimle çok ilgilendiler. İletişimleri çok iyiydi teşekkür ederiz. Biz arkadaşımızın düğünü için 1 gece konaklama yaptık. 5.katta 511 nolu odada kaldık. Oda temizdi, yatak çok rahattı, klima güzel çalışıyordu. Odada kapının arkasında bir boy aynası vardı o detayı çok sevdik. Otelin sabah kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve yeterliydi, çay ve filtre kahve ve birçok içecek seçenekleri vardı. Kahvaltı yapmak için oturduğumuz kısım çok güzeldi, açık alanı da vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, sadece öneri olarak belki banyonun biraz yenilenmesi gerekebilir. Bir de belki sadece bizim kaldığımız oda böyledir bilmiyorum tabi ama oda daha geniş olabilir, özellikle lavabo kısmı. Teşekkür ederiz 😊

Helpful staff, good breakfast

We reserved this hotel for 2 nights but ended up staying just one night due to a hygiene issue. The first room had toilet paper in the toilet when we entered the room, which told us it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We called reception and they immediately solved our problem by changing our room. Unfortunately, the second room in the same floor was also not clean; there was hair in the towels and hair and threads on the floor. I requested the cancellation through booking but the hotel gave us another room in a different floor at the same time, so we decided to stay there for the night. I gotta be fair and say they they tried their best to accommodate us and apologized and took action. The third room wasn’t perfect either but we stayed because it was almost midnight. But again, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tried their best. I’m sure it was an isolated incident due to a lazy cleaning crew. The breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of options and real American coffee for those who need their morning coffee like me.
