Inside, the comfortable living area holds the sitting room, dining space and kitchen; all carefully designed to provide guests with an optimal holiday experience. Curl up on the large, cosy sofa in front of the roaring wood burning stove, and nestle in after a thrilling day of exploring. Two bedrooms have been appointed to a high standard with supremely comfortable beds and quality linens. A good night's sleep is assured! The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers ample storage and a Smart television. Across the corridor, the beautifully decorated bathroom features a large roll-top bath and separate rainfall shower. A twin bedroom is located at the top of the spiral staircase on the first floor. Please note, this is not suitable for those with mobility concerns. Outside, guests will enjoy the generous grounds, all of which are enclosed and private. Here you will find the outdoor dining area, complete with charcoal barbecue, fire pit and seating.

Adjacent to the house is a spectacular beech woodland known as The Kings Wood, inviting wildlife right up to the doorstep. The surrounding farmland hosts a myriad of byways and pathways (subject to by-way restrictions), allowing guests to explore the countryside.
