My second time stay ,still feel better,very clean,the room everything are enough to me,staffs all are friendly.for me they do the best to provide service,and for me I feeling have 5 Stars hotel service feelings.anyway stay in a clean place you will feel better,one more the location nearby the station ,perfect!

Worst accommodation ever!

I don't recommend an accommodation that you won't use again unless it's near Busan Station. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable and the view is not blocked by the next building. The hot water in the bathroom is rusty. Worst experience ever!

Unpleasant Customer Service

Room was terribly hot, estimated at over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Window vent was only the size of a shoebox, so not much ventilation was possible. Airconditioner was disabled due to it being winter. Older gentleman at front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I asked if there was a way to make the room cooler. Very unpleasant experience.
