Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Hotel and rooms were spacious and in "like new" condition. Location was central to attracions. Buffet breakfast was luxurious. The 1st floor bakery was solid, even though the baked goods came out slowly in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel. Lotte just does it right. The hotel room felt so clean and luxurious. The lobby is so beautiful and well decorated. I bought the breakfast and I thought it was soooo worth it. They had such a wide variety of food and even a ramen bar. The staff was also so friendly and attentive. The host on the first floor helped us to order a taxi and then walked our luggage to the taxi and loaded it. Five stars isn’t enough. ALSO they have a custom line of body care and it smells so nice if they sold that in their lobby I would have bought some for me, my mom, and friends. It smelled that good. I will stay at lotte L7 everytime I come to Korea.

4 stars is a real stretch : minimal service (reception), ordinary impersonal communal spaces, small standard rooms (without separate bathroom). Korea offers much better 4 star alternatives.

Staff were very friendly and it was in a great location to access Haeundae. It was very easy to get Ubers from just outside the hotel. Would recommend if staying in Busan.

Our third stay at an L7 hotel, didn't eat there so can't comment on food. Room was comfy, beds are great. Washing machines that you pay to use on 5th floor, very handy c5000 Korean won. Pool was lovely but always very busy, but it was Korean Chuseok / thanksgiving. Apparently they charge extra to use the pool in the summer, which I think is outrageous, it's not the cheapest hotel to start with. It's disappointing that not all L7's have a coffee machine in lobby, should be a standard feature. Only seen this in Myeongdong so far, neither gangnam or haeundae have this.

Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast buffet was adequate providing hot options and fruits & veggies in addition to standard carb options. Bed was kind of hard/firm but this seems to be the common way in Korea. Pillows however were great and linens were fresh & white. Robes & slippers were a nice touch! Front desk service was ok - not overly helpful & the guest information requirements were a little annoying after a long journey in. I would assume they should have all those details from the booking. Overall would recommend the stay. Location is also convenient!
