The hotel and service staff were very friendly and helpful. We borrowed an umbrella when it was raining and they were helpful to assist us. Hotel was very well situated within walking distance of good food and shopping area.

Ditectly located 3 minutes from the Haeundae-beach. The view from the hotelroom was amazing! A llt of restaurants, bars, and other facilities are located in the same street! The room felt a bit dated (had a musky odor to it, like old house smell). I would suggest replacing the carpet with laminate or tile floor in the next renovation to deal with that. The staff, gym, laundry, and other amenities are exceptional quality —comparable to a 5 star hotel (which we also stayed at in Seoul), but in a smaller space. The location is optimal if trying to explore many areas. Basically on top of a subway station with direct lines to most attractions. 10 min walk to the famous shopping street, < 30 min walk or subway to basically anything else you’d want to see as a visitor in Seoul.
